Easter

Well, Easter was a bit late at our home this year. We decided the Easter Bunny knew Dad wasn't home, and so he came the next morning! It was fun. And we had our own little Easter egg hunt a couple of days after that. Whit was super cute and fun looking for eggs. And mostly, he knew that the plastic eggs had chocolate in them, so he really just wanted to dig in! It is amazing how fast a little one can catch onto this concept of picking up an egg and putting it in the basket and then getting a treat! I wonder what was going on in his mind? Did he think these eggs just appeared out of no where? That there was a magical egg hider who left him treats all over the lawn? Who knows! But we know one thing with certainty, he enjoyed the sweets very much!
