Rett's Ulnar Nerve Surgery

So, we thought it'd be a great idea to get everything done at once. One deductible, one set of time off work, and on and on. I think Rett is re-thinking that today. Wednesday morning he felt awful. He really overdid it on Tuesday and his knee was killing him. So, he had his surgery and it went well, but was a harder surgery on him than the knee. He hasn't done a thing yesterday or today! He's pretty miserable. And last night was a crummy night! (Crew woke up once, Drake twice, and Rett was up off and on most of the night. WHICH MEANS, I was up a LOT of the night!) I am so tired today!
Back to the point...The surgery went well, but they ended up putting a JP drip/drain thing in his elbow and it is really gross to look at it drain and collect the blood. He is on so many medications it's crazy! For pain, swelling, anti-biotic, and on! And so many directions that it's hard for me to remember everything about appointments, removing things, and care for the guy.
Anyway, we are all good. If we can just get through the next week or so. The point of all of this is to get better, but it's hard to see that at this point in time!
